- You will turn raw charging and billing data into the insight that shapes outcomes across product, finance, and operations.
- This is a hybrid tech and business role. You are equally comfortable writing advanced SQL against Snowflake, defining a KPI in the semantic layer, and sitting with a stakeholder to frame the real question behind the request.
- You will also help make our reporting AI ready, so that self-serve and natural-language insight rests on definitions you can rely on, and this role is expected to become a go-to expert on the business itself, not only its data.
Your Mission
- Develop a deep, data-driven knowledge of charging behavior, billing flows, and customer usage across OEM and fleet segments.
- Provide the reporting, dashboards, and insight that shape business outcomes in a fast-growing EV charging ecosystem.
- Define KPIs once, in the semantic layer, and make them the single source of truth for revenue, margin, usage, and customer behavior.
- Become a go-to expert on the business itself, not only its data. Know the charging, billing, and customer story well enough that stakeholders come to you to see what is happening and why.
- Work closely with product, finance, operations, and the engineering team to translate business needs into clear, data-driven answers.
- Help extend reporting into AI-assisted and self-serve experiences, ensuring the metrics behind them are governed and correct.
Key Duties
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that let business stakeholders self-serve key insights.
- Perform exploratory and strategic studies to inform product launches, commercial initiatives, and financial planning.
- Define, document, and track KPIs for revenue, margin, usage, and customer behavior, and own their definitions in the semantic / metrics layer.
- Serve as a business-knowledge authority for your domains. Turn deep knowledge of charging behavior, billing flows, and OEM and fleet economics into the context that makes every metric and piece of insight reliable and ready to act on.
- Partner with product managers, finance, and operations to turn ambiguous business needs into clear, well-scoped, data-driven questions.
- Ensure data quality and consistency in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, acting as a quality gatekeeper for the numbers the business relies on.
- Work with data engineers to shape clean, well-modeled data, and help prepare metrics and context so AI and natural-language tools return reliable answers.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, starting with the answer and the business implication.
