- Provide administrative and coordination support for the facilitation of two governance boards.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, documentation, and materials required for each board session.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics with board members and invited guests, ensuring smooth communication and attendance.
- Facilitate board meetings, ensuring discussions remain focused, productive, and adhere to the agenda.
- Take comprehensive meeting minutes, document action points, and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on agreed action items, ensuring completion within established deadlines.
- Plan and steer the the implementation of tasks from the roadmap for the implementation of ISO 20000 Service Management System practices.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interactive skills to effectively interact with stakeholders across different levels.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and coordinating diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), particularly strong skills in creating professional documentation and presentations.
- Ability to capture clear, concise meeting minutes and accurately track follow-up actions.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are beneficial but not required.
- Basic comprehension of IT governance practices and service management systems (ISO 20000) is an advantage.
- Familiarity or previous exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL is an advantage.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
- Methodical mindset with an ability to identify process improvements.
- Proactive, independent worker who can also cooperate effectively in a team setting.
