Your Responsibilities
- Own our Customer Engagement Platform: operate as the primary expert, maintain segments, automation flows, and templates, and drive its ongoing development with Product and Tech.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns: email, in-app, postal, online and beyond. Own the process end-to-end: brief, creation, execution, and analysis.
- Own customer base KPIs: churn, activity, and retention. Monitor the health of our base, spot risks early, and act on them
- Derive insights and recommendations: translate campaign and customer data into clear actions and report results to the team and leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Rollout, KAM, Product, Growth, and external agencies to align campaigns with business goals and the overall strategy.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: structured testing across channels (timing, content, CTAs) to systematically improve performance.
