Your mission:
Our teams' main responsibility is creating and intensifying strong partnerships. We develop advanced collaboration models and build new business together with our partners. Most partnerships as of today center around Charge Point Operators and Roaming Hubs – while partnerships in other partner categories are also in our teams' responsibility. The partnerships with Charging Point Operators (CPOs) across Europe are the backbone of our business model. Within the last years we have grown our network across 31 markets with >1,800 partnerships now in place.Among those 1,800 partners there are small companies that operate only a few charging stations, grown start-ups and technology companies as well as large utilities.
- In particular with our largest partners, we are working on intensifying the collaboration, jointly improving the charging user experience and driving innovation to make charging seamless and hassle-free.
- Being part of a young and highly motivated team, as a Senior Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for important markets and many of our most important partners.
- You develop close ties within the partner organizations and manage and develop the relationship strategically and commercially.
- At the same time, you are a tough negotiator who secures attractive contractual agreements with our partners – including for example purchase conditions on the electricity that we buy from CPOs or SLA compliance of our partners.
- You support our tech teams on a commercial side so they can drive innovation with our partners by implementing and rolling out new features for our OEM clients.
- As expert of the markets that you are responsible for, you are always up to date on regional trends, the CPO landscape and proactively drive developments that are required to stay compliant with regional requirements.
- You attend market-specific working groups and associations to know and influence market trends and regulations.
