Working Student Accounting (f/m/d)

Join our Accounting team as an Accounting Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin and work alongside experienced professionals. You will assist the Accounting team in Accounts Payable, Data maintenance and support improving our financial processes.

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing and verifying incoming invoices
• Maintaining accurate data in subledgers, including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
• Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
• Collaborating in ongoing improvement projects for finance processes
• Assisting the Procurement team, e.g. by supporting the creation of PRs and POs
• Maintaining supplier master data
• Supporting cross-functional finance projects as needed

• Advanced progress in your studies (2nd half) in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with focus on Accounting or Finance
• Strong written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
• Available to work on-site in Berlin
• First practical experience in accounting is an advantage
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Jira is beneficial
• High attention to detail, reliable and proactive working style
• Strong interpersonal skills, open to working in an international and diverse team
