As Senior Pricing Manager at Digital Charging Solutions, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing our pricing strategy across the e-mobility landscape. Working closely with automotive OEMs and cross-functional teams, you will own pricing decisions end-to-end — from market analysis to implementation - and directly contribute to the company's commercial success and growth.
- Pricing Governance & Execution: Own and manage pricing in all relevant tools and systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with commercial targets across all customer groups and markets.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary pricing point of contact for automotive OEM partners and internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and driving alignment on pricing decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Key Account Management, and IT to ensure pricing strategies are integrated into the broader business agenda and executed effectively.
- Negotiation Support: Prepare and support pricing-related negotiations with external partners, providing data-driven arguments and clear pricing rationale to strengthen our commercial position.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify pricing opportunities and risks, enabling the business to respond swiftly and strategically.
- Profitability Management & Performance Tracking: Drive profitability analysis and build robust performance tracking frameworks to monitor pricing effectiveness, margin development, and corrective actions where needed.
- Strategy Execution: Translate company strategy into concrete pricing initiatives, defining deliverables, KPIs, and action plans that support higher conversion rates, margin improvement, and long-term customer value.
