  • Take full ownership of the acquisition on new business opportunities in the EV charging market especially for fleet and software as a service products of DCS.
  • Becoming a key driver of our growth while keeping a sharp eye on the competitive landscape
  • Ownership of the entire sales process, from strategy development to closing deals
  • Be the face of DCS by initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers in the market and building long-term, trustworthy professional relationships
  • Play a pivotal role in guiding B2B customer acquisition in the German and European markets, opening doors to exciting new business opportunities
  • Oversee the entire sales journey, from crafting compelling proposals to successfully closing deals, ensuring excellence at every step
  • Work closely with key DCS stakeholders to shape and support strategic outbound efforts, directly contributing to the company's expansion and success

Your Profile

  • Proven track record of success in b2b sales, acquiring clients, and making them successful
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, negotiation and presentation skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Expertise in e-mobility, fleet sales, or complex technical solutions preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in English and German at a negotiation level; other European languages are a plus

About us

At DCS, we develop public charging solutions. Our solutions, in the form of an app or in the head unit of the car, provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for charging in an easy and seamless way. Therefore, by providing this service, we are a key player in the change to electromobility.

Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
