AI Transformation Lead (f/m/d)

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on AI Transformation Lead (f/d/m) to drive the successful design, implementation, and scaling of AI solutions across the organization. This role will manage pilot projects, optimize processes, ensure value delivery, and foster a culture of AI literacy and cross-functional collaboration.

AI Solutions & Integration

• Launch and deliver impactful AI pilot projects/MVPs with clear business value
• Transition successful pilots into scalable, production-ready systems
• Identify, evaluate, and implement the right AI tools, platforms, and vendors
• Improve daily operational efficiency by embedding AI into routine workflows (e.g., automating repetitive tasks)

Performance & Value Measurement

• Develop and maintain a robust KPI framework to track progress and maturity of AI initiatives
• Ensure ROI from AI projects through measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, or revenue
• Monitor model performance to meet benchmarks for accuracy, fairness, and reliability
• Track and report on AI adoption rates across departments

Cultural & Organizational Enablement

• Advocate AI literacy by guiding training, communication, and enablement programs
• Manage change management efforts to promote adoption and minimize resistance
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between data teams, product, operations, and business stakeholders

• Several years of overall business experience, including 5–10 years in data science, AI/ML-driven digital transformation, IT strategy, or innovation management
• Track record of delivering impactful AI and data-driven projects, guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful change management initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and practical enterprise use cases
• Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and MLOps frameworks, including Python, SQL, TypeScript, JVM-based environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficient in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum, with a focus on execution, efficiency, and iterative delivery
• Change Management: Experience in executing successful CM projects and Ability to evaluate and redesign workflows for AI integration
• Adept at business process analysis and redesign, enabling seamless integration of AI into workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Experienced in evaluating AI platforms and vendors, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and ethical AI foundations and ability to assess third party solutions
• Strategic, visionary, and growth-oriented, able to align AI initiatives with long-term business goals while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across teams
• Collaborative and adaptable, skilled at working across technical and non-technical teams, staying ahead of AI trends, and navigating implementation complexities with empathy and influence.
