The Corporate Strategy Manager plays an important role in shaping the DCS’ future by supporting the development and execution of our overall strategy and key strategic initiatives that drive DCS’ vision and long-term goals. You will work closely with our senior management and CEO, develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability, as well as work closely with our shareholders. By joining our corporate strategy team, you will oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across various departments, advance our market intelligence, and facilitate management board meetings.

Collaborate with senior leadership and the CEO to design and guide strategic plans that promote growth and long-term objectives.
Lead the rollout and coordination of key strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
Enhance market intelligence to inform decision-making and identify opportunities.
Organize and support management board meetings to drive strategic alignment and execution.

Your Profile

Bachelor/Master/MBA/PhD in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or comparable with good academic performance
2-5 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field
Experience within the (e-)mobility sector or related industry with energy management is a plus
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, driving strategic initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in business case development and financial analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior management and stakeholders
Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (preferably within a scale-up) with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
“Hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to communicate on point effectively at all levels
Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English

At DCS, we develop public charging solutions. Our solutions, in the form of an app or in the head unit of the car, provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for charging in an easy and seamless way. Therefore, by providing this service, we are a key player in the change to electromobility.

Since the beginning of 2019, we are a part of the mobility joint venture between BMW Group and Mercedes Benz Mobility. In 2021, bp joined as the third shareholder.
